Maker Faire is just around the corner and that means things are a bit hectic around the Electric Imp offices – and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Maker Faire is a special time for us since it’s where Electric Imp launched in 2012, and since then it has been a great way to reach out and meet our community in person!
This weekend you can find us in booth #203 in the Expo hall, where you can meet up with some of the Electric Imp team, and see various demos of everything from hacked together projects to commercial products that all use the Electric Imp Platform. If you bring along something you’ve built with an imp to show off to us, we’ll reward you with some sweet Electric Imp swag!
Along with the Electric Imp booth, we’ll also be hanging out at the ARM booth (#405) throughout the weekend, and showing off the new 10mm x 8mm imp003 module, amongst other things.
Finally, if listening to a presentation is more your style, you can head over to the Maker Stage (conveniently right across from our booth) at 12:15 p.m. Saturday to hear our founder Hugo talk about the Electric Imp platform and do a live demo!
We’ll have Electric Imp Dev Kits at our booth so make sure you’re following (or at least keeping an eye on) @electricimp where we’ll be announcing giveaways and more throughout the weekend!
