Today, Electric Imp announced the promotion of Eric Senn to its senior management team and welcomes industry veteran Padma Duvvuri as Head of Business Development.
As Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Senn will enhance current customer relationships and form new partnerships with a diverse array of commercial and industrial customers. Electric Imp is already helping customers reduce operational costs through energy optimization and resource management and delivery of predictive and preventative maintenance.
In the role of Head of Business Development, Duvvuri will expand Electric Imp partnerships and continue to harness the company’s market traction and growing momentum within commercial and industrial markets. Duvvuri will focus on partnerships that assist customers in building best of breed IoT solutions and support Electric Imp’s strategic growth initiatives:
● Strategic integration – Enabling customers to build full-service offerings customized to meet their business requirements including integration with leading data platforms
● Ecosystem growth – Building out the IoT ecosystem to drive adoption and growth
● Rapid implementation – Accelerating product development and scaling customer adoption and support services

Senn is an Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management in both the U.S. and internationally. He has broad expertise in selling hardware, software, solutions, and solutions as a service for startups to multi-billion dollar companies. He has led Electric Imp’s North American sales division since 2014. Before coming to Electric Imp, he ran the Digital Energy Channel Sales for GE in North America.
Duvvuri offers 20 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and customer success for startups and globally recognized Fortune 500 companies. She most recently headed the worldwide IoT practice for GlobalLogic Inc. She is an IoT evangelist, leader and innovator of IoT- centric strategies and partnerships.
